Glowworms, Waterfalls & Wonder in the Dark
Once the sound of the waterfall softens, you’ll step onto a small boat and glide silently through a pitch-black grotto illuminated by thousands of native New Zealand glowworms. Their soft blue glow mimics the night sky, creating a peaceful, almost otherworldly atmosphere.
This experience isn’t just stunning—it’s rich in education and connection to Fiordland’s unique ecosystem. Suitable for all ages, the tour offers a rare mix of geology, wildlife, and scenic splendour, making it one of New Zealand’s most captivating natural attractions.
