MEALS

SCHEDULE
- 8:30 am: Pickup from Te Anau accommodation.
- 9:45 am: Arrive at Hollyford Valley, Marian Gantry Car park.
- 4:00 pm: Return to Car park.
- 5:00 pm: Drop-off at Te Anau accommodation.
WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable walking boots or shoes and waterproof jacket.
- Warm clothing, including hat and gloves, sunscreen, and sun hat.
- Camera, lunch, water bottle (if not pre-ordered), day pack.
- Personal medication and insect repellent. Walking poles are optional but recommended.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Professional hiking guide and all necessary transport from Te Anau.
- Safety gear, hot drinks, and hiking snacks.
DIFFICULTY
- A reasonable level of fitness is required for the 400-metre ascent and descent, over rocky and uneven terrain.
- Walking time ranges from 3 to 5 hours, depending on pace and conditions.
- Operates in most weather conditions; be prepared for wet or cold alpine weather.
